Wood Flooring Inspections

Midwest Flooring Consultants will perform an onsite investigation in order to:

• Identify the problem
• Obtain a chronological order of the flooring installation and material
• Record detailed explanation of the problem
• Perform necessary field tests and document the findings

The final written inspection report will contain the following information:

• Description of problem
• Description of inspection site
• Descripton of product
• History of maintenance and complaint
• Results of field testing
• Applicable industry and manufacturer standards
• Conclusion based on collected data and field tests
• Identification of responsible party
